Where in the UI do you purchase Riven mod slots?

I just hit 14 out of 15 Rivens and about to hit my soft cap.  I have looked all over in the UI trying to find where you purchase the Riven slots (3 for 60 plat) in the UI, but for the life of me, I cannot find it.  Is it something that only appears when you hit the soft cap, or am I blind?

Just type "Riven" on the search bar that it shows up.

It's in the Market?  Don't i feel foolish.  And all the other slots are in the market too now huh?  I know all warframe and other slots were not sold there before (which is why I was looking all over the UI for them).
