Scrapping trash rivens for kuva

Title.

This option should be made possible. 

Not everyone likes having a riven for mastery fodder that they've already mastered.

Plus, its like punishing the guy for having terrible luck on his roll/being too enthusiastic about unveiling it over selling a veiled riven.

Riven transmutation should also be available, 3 unveiled rivens to one veiled riven....lots of us got bad rivens that they do not plan to use and that are simply too bad to be sold .

I thought the goal of this system is to shove whatever rng randomized down your throat to "encourage" the use of "fodder weapons" and give everyone "unique" mods with "random values".

OR 

Just simply buy the best one on trade chat.

Would be interesting to see the stats on weapon use before Rivens and now.    Ideally a breakdown of how many times each weapon was used per day, week and month.    I too thought they were supposed to help MR fodder weapons.   But, the time and effort in making those MR fodder Rivens worth using is exactly the same, if not worse than the Rivens for Meta weapons, so why waste time on MR Fodder weapons.  After all, a great MR Fodder Riven in general is still worse than the value of a mediocre Meta Riven.

Good idea, I can live with that 15 riven mod limit, but after u grind kuva all day and the RNG just give u another trash roll, u will hate this unrefined riven system.
