I've never been to baro and I want to get the sands of inaros quest, which can only be bought from him. I have all the requirements, but I cannot get on to buy the quest from him. So I was wondering two things. First how long does baro stay around for? Second is there limited stock on the sands of inaros quest?

When he shows up every 2 weeks(friday-sunday at 9am eastern time) 

nothing he brings is limited. everyone can buy as much of what ever he has given they have the resources.

I think you can also buy the quest from other players. unless its been changed

It is possible someone has already bought a spare, but if not you can request a friend or clan member buy one for you from baro if you cannot do so yourself the next time he shows up.  They can be traded so long as your are mastery rank 2 or higher.

If you cannot make it in time, let someone buy it for you and give it to you
