How to equip a song

I don't understand how to equip a song with Octavia. After selecting the Mendachord, i load my song, then save and exit. But when i use the mullet, i get the default melody. Please help

Exit. 

Save and exit

open again to see if it worked.  If it's playing your song then you should be good.

Like jfhsanseiIII suggested? Make sure that after your save-and-exit, your custom song has been saved. If it persists, report the bug under PC Beta Bugs]UI. It probably means that the button doesn't work under some circumstances. As a temporary fix, try to Load your song, then hit "Escape" to leave the Mandaccord prematurely, so it should ask you in emergency mode if you want to save your changes before leaving.
