Ranting without purpose is just that, ranting, and solves nothing. Why do it if it will end with nothing? There are several reasons why you may have had a desync error that didn't award you the points, most of which are out of yours and DE's control. Find what you did in the event that was effective, and try the mission again looking to improve on what you did right. That is all anyone can do in that situation. Personally I found the new game mode preview quite fun, it showed off one of the most fun gamemodes this game has to offer I'd say. DE's choice of how to handle the rewards were odd sure, but they learned from that and have taken what they have learned and applied it to the other clan-based additions they have recently put in the game.
