Syndicate Radial Explosions Dont Give Temporary Boosts

When a syndicate weapons triggers a explosions from affinity filling up the meter, the instant bursts work, (EG. restoring 25% Health or 25% Energy,) however the 30 second temporary buffs are no linger applied.

Tried on a Wukong

Before and after syndicate explosion procs still show the same amount of energy

Just to make sure, which weapon were you using?

Because Red Veil's Blight, while it does restore Energy,
doesn't boost max Energy but instead gives a movement speed boost.

100% sure i am using synoid which gives a base boost of 25% energy and temporaraly raises max energy levels by 25% at base. i am using nova prime and my max energy stays at 262 and does not increase at all before and after radial proc
