How to Remove Frame Getting Blurred Upon Zoom?

See the following video by Tactical Potato:

 

When he zooms in with Mesa (1:09 for example), she doesn't get blurred. My frames get blurred when I zoom in and I cannot find the option to turn this blur off like it is in the video. It's not motion blur because that has always been off. Any ideas?

I think it is the DOF, or Depth of Field that causes it. I always had mine turned off since all these years having that problem.

Can you check if yours is on?

Isn't this "depth of field" and can be turned on/off in the settings?

You are very wellcome. If you want Depth of Field, but dont want your warframe to be as blurry as if you are looking through a murky pair of glasses, you could use Reshade. Its Depth of Field is alot nicer and you can customize it however you like.
