Which warframe is depicted by the continuity mod?

I really liked the helmet of the warframe which is depicted on the continuity mod. I m wondering is that a released warframe? Or is is that a released alt helm? As per as my knowledge I haven't seen any helm nor any warframe looking like that. Please tell me the name of that helm or waframe.
