I'm still trying to do rounds once a week, but for the foreseeable future the actual day is going to vary because of reasons.  Contests will still be on the weekends on my YouTube Channel.

Ground Rules:

  • Rounds are on Wednesdays
    • Everyone gets one, if I can.
    • If I've done a request for you then please wait two weeks before requesting another.
    • If I'm backlogged then I may not get to yours for a few rounds.
    • If you have a list then I'm only going to go through the top 3, so please try to narrow it down.
  • No "extended" music links, please, just the original one time through is much easier to work with.
  • If you have a particular section of the song in mind then make sure you mention it.
  • Please don't PM me with requests.  Just leave it on the thread and I'll get to it when I can. 
  • "Can you do anything from ______?"  You're going to have to narrow it down to specific songs for me.  I don't have omniscient knowledge of all music, yet.
  • I don't really take Shawzin requests; not enough time and something had to give.

A: You don't, not until Octavia returns with the Prime Vault.  In the meantime, substitute these:

  • Bombast Percussion -> Gamma Percussion
  • Bombast Bass -> Beta Bass
  • Bombast Melody -> Epsilon for slow melodies, gamma for fast ones

It has appeared through multiple fire emblem games along the series and is easily a defining song of the franchise, so i was surprised that it wasn't already requested for this list.

...most of the melody should be doable, except maybe the last note or two of the repeating guitar section (I made an attempt with the drums from TNT, but I couldn't figure out the bass part).

As typical with AC/DC, the guitar is 100% pentatonic.  However, the Mandachord's range makes it impossible to fit accurately.  This is the closest I can get, but you have to give up on the high and low notes being correct.

I would really appreciate any part of the song, but I think something really cool could come from the 1:52 - 2:19 mark.

Oops, I forgot to mention that I didn't care about the lyrics, just the guitar/bass parts. I'm fine with the highs and lows being repeated though. Thanks for the good effort, I should be able to figure out the rest.

I can't make that part work.  There are some more sections that are borderline, but a missing note above the Mandachord's range ruins them.
