dera vandal with 1 forma can be traded?

I was trying to trade my dera vandal, but it needs lvl 0 to be traded and i have it in lvl 10. If I apply a forma and it reaches lvl 0 again, i could trade it?  (sorry for my bad english)

I don't think so.
If I remember correctly, you can't trade weapons you already used, no matter how little.

You cannot trade a fully built weapon unless it is from baro. you can trade parts from dera v. from invasions.

You can not trade the Dera Vandal if it is crafted, if you find additional part blueprints from invasion rewards by supporting the Corpus, you can trade them however.

If you have built one, yes, it is possible to trade. for credits

A tradeable weapon is tradeable until it has a single point of affinity. If you were to go on a mission, kill a single lv5 lancer and abort, the weapon becomes bound to your account. Resetting its level does not change this.

However, the only tradeable weapons are Prisma, syndicate weapons, Baro exclusives like Mara Detron and (I think?) Vulkar Wraith. For the rest, only their parts are tradeable.

Edit: There are exceptions, such as Quanta Vandal, which have not been added to the invasion system.
