Non vaultable primes

So I've noticed stuff like the Paris prime  and lex prime don't go with a frame and therefore can't be vaulted. can anyone please create or find a list and comment it for me. Thank you for your time.

Primes that dont get vaulted are those that didnt come accompanying some Warframe in a Access pack.

His Glyph is a Chibi he made him self. You can probably find more info on Chibi comissions in his Profile.

I'd checked out the thread. Love the Chibi Zephr. How do I get it as a Glyph (on PS4 console)?

 

On topic: As lukinu_u listed, those items will probably not get vaulted ever.
