So how much should I pay for this riven mod

You know if DE or someone could develop a app to decide the prices of riven mods like these it would be really helpful until then I just got to ask you guys a 3rd party to decide the price I should pay.

The price isn't fixe, it depend on the usefulness of the mod depending on the player's build and how it is efficient compared to the same type of build for similar weapons that can use similar builds.
It also depend of the popularity of the weapon. Even if a Riven make the Bolto better than Euphona, people will pay more for an Euphona Riven.
Too much factor make the price depend, so you can't create an app to define the price of a Riven because it just depend on the demand and rarity of your mod.

Just try to sell it on trade chat and wait for buyers.

Considering this seems like a God-Tier/Great Riven, I'd say a lot.

You shouldn't buy it, the stats are so low that a regular mod would probably make your gun better. Tigris rivens are basically useless most of the time
