Oberon Prime Build

I and my friend have this same build on Oberon P but we have different stats....

I'm 13 mr, He is 19 mr

You and your friend probably have different ranked mods.

That's the only answer besides a bug.

Health, Power etc on it we do not complain ..... more we are about such statistics 
for buff like extra armor or treatment .... modifications for range, duration etc. we have the same
In general our build is the same as one

If one of you has a maxed Transient Fortitude equipped and the other has rank 9 Transient Fortitude equipped, then the one with the maxed mod will have a higher Armor Buff than the other due to having higher power strength.

The Armor Buff scales with power strength so whoever has higher ranked power strength mods equipped will have a higher Buff.

This is the only reason I can think of for why you guys seem to have different buffs.

Are you both level 30? Any outside influences like Growing Power procs to alter abilities numbers?

There are only two ways this could happen:

1) Oberons are not at the same level

2) Mods are not at the same level

Without growing power we too have different stats on buffs

Show/tell us specifically the mods and which stats are different.

Probably Power Drift, if I had to guess.
