Because Arcane strike works with Hysteria and EB, then arcane precision should work with Peacemaker? Correct? Thing is, it procs velocity like there's no tomorrow but is unaffected by it either. Feelsbadman. I've made two threads asking them to makve velocity affect peacemaker but to no avail.
