I Need Help With Starting On PC

So, I am actually terrible with PC gaming. I've had a desktop but recently decided to buy myself a gaming laptop. I've played Warframe on my PS4 and found out that it's not possible to transfer data to PC. It sucks but I guess there's nothing I can do. I'm hoping to download Warframe onto my laptop so I can casually play here and there, but, like I said before, I'm terrible at PC gaming. I'm hoping someone might be able help me determine whether or not Warframe can work on my laptop. Here are my specs:

• It's Windows 10
• Has an Intel Core i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80 Ghz (No clue what that means)
• Has 8 GB RAM with 7.86 currently usable
• It's 64 bit operating system with x64-based processor (No clue what this means either)
• Finally, a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Integrated RAMDAC
•  Display Memory: 8088 MB (No clue what that means)
•  Dedicated Memory: 4061 MB (No clue what that means)
•  Shared Memory: 4026 MB (No clue what that means)

• Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo e6400 or AMD Athlon x64 4000+ (~2.2Ghz dual core CPU)
• Memory: 2 GB RAM.
• Graphics: Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT or ATI Radeon HD 3600.
• DirectX: 9.0c.
• Hard Drive: 5 GB free HD space.

This is the minimum system requirements to run Warframe. Your laptop shouldn't have an issue at all

Although since it is a laptop, keep an eye on the battery level as when playing games it can deplete very fast.

You don't game with the battery it should always be plugged in for gaming sessions.

I run warframe at low settings with an integrated video card, your specs seem rather sufficient.

Are there any other issues I should be aware of before running this game? And can I run this on max settings?
