I want the Exterminate to be with the 100 level of enemys on any the planets.

I propose to make it possible to choose the level of opponents in any location.
When you click on the location you may choice the level of opponents and then auto selection of the team.

However granular you make the selection, you've just created that many different star charts. It would be a nightmare to matchmake with it.

Not really. Nightmare mission are slightly higher level enemies with a 3x damage multiplier and a gimmick attached to them. What he's asking is the option to have any starchart mission be much higher level than it is, ideally along the lines of kuva flood, 80-100.

And don't people complain about the armor scaling at high levels?  Aren't they more looking for less-tough enemies that are still a threat?

If you're at the point you'd be willing to causally do level 80-100 content, you are at the point where you don't care about armor, either through sheer force, CC, or armor striping.
