Where to submit Devstream questions?

I know this has been asked before- but on which part of the forms does the doc go up where I can submit questions? Also, how long before the devstream does this doc/thread open?

In the next devstream announcement topic. We dont know when will be next Devstream but my guess would be this or next week friday.

Thanks! Under which section of the forum are these usually posted on? I'm guessing under the livestream subforum, am I correct? Also, is there any way to see previous devstream announcement topics?
