Should I use Spoiled Strike or Condition Overload on my Mios?

I can't tell which one would be better because i have an 85% status chance but there were many times when it didn't apply status and spoiled strike seems to do more dmg, but i'm not rlly sure which one i should use.

condition overload absolutely, the bonus is multiplicative with regular melee damage mods like pressure point, much larger bonus than spoiled strike.

 Also mios has great status and guaranteed slash procs in defiled snapdragon stance.

As long as you can consistently get at least 2 status types applied, Condition Overload is the way to go. 85% status on a Mios shouldn't have an issue doing that.

another fun fact, condition overload is also multiplicative with itself. 
So:
1 status effect = +60%
2 status effects = +156%
3 status effects = +310%
