I did not get my riven mod from the chains of harrow quest

I got a message in my inbox which was the offering of gratitude and I see no gift. All of my clan members are telling me that it's a melee riven and some have gotten it but I have not. Please send it to me at your earliest convenience.

Did you purchase Harrow or his bundle before you activated his quest?

I'm having the same issue and I didn't purchase the bundle or harrow before the quest.

Then you won't get the melee riven.

You only got the Melee Riven from Chains of Harrow quest if you already owned Harrow before completing the quest.

I believe you have to buy harrow or the bundle before you actually start the quest

Yeah, but it's confusing that you get the message anyway.

Edit: Actually after re-checking, the message probably refers to the Harrow BP. It's the wording that's bit confusing since you can't see the attachment.

so when you already started the quest and bought it before completing you still have chance for the riven mod ?
