I concur with @Lanieu. Anyway, I'd advise you to check the warframe wiki, since it has great information about these things, unless you're looking fr specific farm spots. You also have other very useful sites at your disposal, in case you didn't know, such as:

1. https://deathsnacks.com/ - Warframe tracker site with info on alerts, invasions, etc.

2. https://nexus-stats.com/ - Price check site which you can use as a reference for WTB/WTS/WTT in appropriate chats.

(And even some more with other uses, which I can't recall now since I don't use)

 

As for the Arcane Codex, are you referring to "Arcane Codices", perhaps? It's the only thing I can think of atm, and it is part of the Stolen Dreams quest, which guides you trough it and is very easy.
