Help me plez my game go wrong

I downloaded the games warframe made the update then when the game launches there is a black screen. And its error mark then I get this error 'WAR-1397159' I checked whether there was direct X10 or 11 but my games still do not help me please

The best thing to do is to file a ticket but they may not get back to you until the weekend is over. (That includes Monday due to a holiday)

if it's a directX problem, in the launcher, on the top right there's an icon that open an option menù, there is a directX10 and a directX11 voice, are they selected or not?

i put the two direct X 10 and 11 after i just selected one but nothing changed.
