I can not get NEKROS

I got a lot of hardships and got the navigation coordinates of Lephantis
And fighting Lephantis, he defeated Grineer and Infested of the first form, but only Corpus did not open his mouth and the attack became impossible.
Because weakness did not appear at all, I could not completely defeat it.
How can I fix it?

Don't know if they fixed the Lephantis bug yet, but if they did just restart the mission as @Archistopheles has stated.

This seems to be a confirmed bug that sometimes happens. About the only thing I can suggest is aborting the mission and retrying. I'm not sure what this will do for your L. Nav. Coordinates though.

Also don't aim down sights as apparently that is bugging him out.  Not sure if AOE abilities are too but I ran with Nova and M-primed him and for the most part he would keep his mouth closed if I M-Primed while it was still closed but if I waited until it was open I had no problems.

 

You don't loose the Nav Coord's (well keys) unless you complete the mission

In the second stage, kill the corpus head first. That will avoid the bug altogether. I recently farmed Nekros and in some 10 runs, if we killed the corpus head first, it didn't get bugged.

Is it a conspiracy to charge you?
How can I fix it?

Here's my advice, avoid using frames who have invicibility skills (Rhino's Iron Skin or Harrow's Covenant for example) and try again, and then tell me if it worked. :D
