Secura Penta bugged out.

For some players who have used the Secura Penta launcher there has been the issue of the weapon failing to work after a while. A few shots would be fired and this will lead up to the point where the grenades disappear and it won't shot anymore. Further data would need to be looked into in discovering the source of this issue. It can not be assumed if it is a net error, server error, ping number, or other factors in the script that is preventing the continued use of this piece of content. One thing for sure is that this issue has been going on for months without a resolution. Addressing this may bring to light other issues that may be at hand and how to fix them too.

Is that with or without using Secondary Fire to detonate the grenades?

Because by default, Penta 'nades don't explode by themselves,
and either way, there's a limit of 5 (thus, Penta) active ones.
