I was playing a axi fissure mission when out of nowhere my warframe/operator started to stand on the right side of the screen instead of the left and i want to know how do i set it back to normal? (And no there is no option to change it in the settings i already checked)

there's a keybinding to switch shoulder. Not sure what it is for console.

I don't know the PS4 controlls, but often it's bound in other games to left stick click or right stick click -

There is a key (H) on PC that lets you swap shoulders though you'll need to find the equivalent on PS4, it possibly involves aiming and pressing right stick or something.

 

You can allegedly bind keys in console version of Warframe so bind Reverse Camera under controls to R3 as it doesn't have any function by default AFAIK.
