First question? What accounts are you talking about? Dragon Mod Packs are opened automatically. Just check your mods, sort by "Recent" after getting the pack. It will tell you what you got. Yeah, as above, the "pack" is auto opened and they just go into your mod inventory, there is no animation or anything... they really need to fix that.
