Oberon Armor stripping. Am i doing something wrong?

Hello,

In order to make this question simplier, i made a video:

 

I have 299% power strength, Energy conversion AND Corrosive projecction. Shouldn't that be enough to strip all the armor? am i doing something wrong? help!

According to the warframe wiki, Reckoning.

 If surviving targets were standing on Hallowed Ground when affected by Reckoning, their armor is permanently reduced by 10% / 15% / 20% / 30%.Armor reduction is affected by Ability Strength.

You answered your own question with what you pulled from the wiki, meaning that the enemies have to be standing on your hallowed ground when you hit them with reckoning to activate the armor stripping.

They have to be on Hallowed Ground.
