If you cannot Redeem the code by the website given in post (warframe.com/promocode), Try to use the code from In-game "Redeem Code" found in the Market on your Orbiter :)
Remember to put everything in just like it is written here:

FN6B-8RML-MLH6-GM2N

Which means all letters in capital, and with " - " in between each 4 char. section

Sometimes it takes game to restart to see rewards added to the game, after restart you can go to all your items, and type "Tekelu" to see if you have it, or go to your arsenal, equip Vectis *(If you hadn't have it before you should have now)* than "appearance" on weapon ->Physique and there should be "Vectis Tekelu Skin" option available. That's if the code worked.
