Another bug with the energy is that since the tip appears to be the only part the color applies too as well as the status effect visual seem to conflict and cause both to cancel out from time to time. Managed to get a good shot of the tip coloring bug in action. For notes on this, energy color is set to prime gold, the rapier has the native viral, and it has corrosive on it.
