There's an aura name energy siphon that gives 0.6 energy/second. Energizing dash from the Zenurik focus tree gives energy/ second depending on the level it is. Energy pads can be crafted in the foundry, they give 250 (medium energy restore) or 500 (large energy restore). Apart from that you can loot the blue orbs that enemys drop wich give you 25 energy.

Energy Pulse gives you passive regeneration after picking energy orbs.

Energizing Dash gives you and teammates energy regeneration, but requires you to switch to operator mode and use void dash to activate for X seconds.
Effect doesn't stack, but duration can be reset (not extended), if anyone on squad activates a higher rank it will override lower rank to give more energy.

Also the effect doesn't work on channeled abilities are active, like World on Fire, Mend and Maim, etc

Dear NightsCrow, Please read the descriptions under Zenurik abilities and other focus tree abilities to find out what is available.  Usually players can get all the energy they need via killing enemies in missions and breaking caches or opening lockers.  Additionally its helps to equip some energy pads to activate in mission as and when you need.

Zenurik iz a Focus School. Focus Schools are unlocked by completing the quest "The War Within". Anything beyond that is a spoiler, so I'm not going to say anything more on the subject. Just know that it's a good idea to be working on your quests.
