"Ah. Now I see the family resemblance." Sarah thought wryly.

"We chose this apartment block because its well off the beaten path, and unlikely to fill for some time. You can grab any of the empty rooms nearby and make them your own, though they're unfortunately unfurnished." Ebony said, "And there's a shower down the hall. Man, you're really hung up on that, aren't you?"

"But before you run off," Sarah interjected, "Any news about my Scythe?"

Atela started inspecting the building, wandering around. She wasn't looking for anything in particular, and was mostly trying to get an idea of the layout of the area. Kamos was really just listening to the conversation, trying to get an idea of what was going on. Do these people know each other?

Clogori walked onward, briefcase in hand. He didn't have any real plan to track down any buyers or gain access to the black market, so he'd figure he would get a hotel or do a bit of recon. Maybe I should see about some tourist attractions.

Though it was all lumped into the 'main district', there were still distinct partitions within the area. The poor tended to gather near the docks and the landing pads, where raw labor was constantly in demand. The people in these areas had a hard, suspicious look about them, and were constantly shooting Clorogi looks. He stood out like a sore thumb here, in his outfit.

Closer to the High District, the buildings and the people were significantly better-looking. These men and women were sycophants to the aristocracy beyond, spending their entire lives attempting to curry favor with those in power. However, they wore the same guarded expression as those near the docks. They knew full well that letting one wrong word slip, would spell disaster for them.

"LOOKING-GLASS, GET OVER HERE!" Acambria yelled from across the doc.
"<{ S̢͠TO̸͘P ́͡Y͟ĘL͢L͠I̢N̡͠G͏̷͘. }>" The wyrm said, suddenly appearing inches away from Acambrias face in a flash of orange and green sparks.

More than a few of the dock workers turned to stare at Acambria and the scene he was making.

"Retrieval is here," Dmitri said in Sarah's ear. Sarah nodded, and hefted the damaged mesa over her shoulder once again.

"I'll be back in a sec." she said, stepping out into the hallway, heading back out into the rain.

Several streets away, a man covered in filthy rags sat, taking a swig from a bottle. He gave no indication that he heard Sarah approach, nor when she dumped the dismembered body beside him. He simply removed his layers of rags and used them to cover the body, revealing an equally dirty overcoat beneath them. He took another pull from whatever concoction he was drinking as Sarah began to walk the trek back to her quarters.

Clogori got to work finding a hotel, knowing he'd need somewhere to stay until his business was complete. He did have plenty of credits, but he wanted to save them for an emergency, so he tried to find a moderately-priced hotel. For now, he ignored the civilians, knowing they were harmless.

(Does this part of the city have the propoganda posters with Tenno on them?)

There were surprisingly few places available to stay, and most seemed to cater exclusively to the rich and affluent. Clorogi passed a place called the Menrva Hotel, but it seemed distinctly above his price-range. Unlike the surrounding buildings, its walls were unmarred by the plethora of anti-tenno posters placed on almost every surface in the city. For that reason alone, it stood out from its surroundings. The marble pillars didn't hurt either.

If Clorogi was looking for a place to sleep, he would probably either have to fork over a hefty sum of credits, or prepare to sleep in some hole-in-the-wall shanty on the border of the refugee district.

Looking at the hotel, he sighed and hoped he'd be able to earn back the credits he'd be spending here when he finally found a buyer for all of the parts he had brought. Before he walked into the hotel, he looked around at the posters quickly, wondering if he'd see any familiar faces.

After walking up several flights of stairs, Celeste reached the roof. It lacked any sort of railing, and the thin layer of metal felt like it might give way if she stomped or jumped. As if that wasn't bad enough, the continuous rain made the surface dangerously easy to slip on.

Up in the stormy cumulonimbus clouds above a lone landing craft cuts through the wall of rain like a knife, letting the electrical storm aid in it's stealth flyby. As it passes over the soaked city of Perennial, the ship goes into a wild nose dive, poking itself out for just a moment. Right as it does so it's lower hanger door swings open, and a small object launches itself out and straight towards the hooded Tenno below.

As quickly as it came, the hangar doors close up and the craft pulls itself back up into the storm and the clam sea of stars above, preferring not to stay long enough for sensors and AA guns to lock on.

Sticking partly out of the hatch to the roof, Celeste *looks* knowingly upwards. The change in background noise was unbelievably minute, and even for her trained senses she had to strain to hear it. Still, the tone was unmistakable and so she waited; either Sarah gets up here first, or the package touches down first. Privately, Celeste plays with the idea of charging for a service fee, but doubts her sister would approve after the entire family used it as a group renovation project.

"...she certainly would not..." flutters through Celeste's head before fading as quickly as it came.

"I figured as much." Celeste mutters to herself, with a smirk on her grey face.

Sarah arrived back at the apartment, and after a moment's deliberation, ascended the staircase that led to the roof.

"Wonder what she's doing up here?" Sarah thought to herself as she stepped onto the roof, walking carefully across the slick metal surface. Rain pattered softly against her shield as she walked over to Celeste.

Thankfully(?), none of the posters seemed to sport a picture of someone he knew. There was one that listed the abilities of a Loki and how it could be dangerous, but the image was of a generic warframe.

Cyrus zipped up his pockets on the jumpsuit before moving over to the platform thing that was elevated. Might be something of interest by it, or even on it. He checked the ground around it before climbing up on top of it.

It was a simple podium, built out of discarded sheets of metal. There was a discarded orokin neural sentry mask that was being used as some kind of holy symbol by the speaker prior to the gunfight.

As Sarah reaches up to the room, a large mass *WHOOSH*es past her head, buffeting her with a small burst of moving air as it tries to flatten Celeste.

Hopping backwards out of the hatch, Celeste reaches out and grabs the mass, spinning it along with herself once around like a top on a polished counter. After the 360, Celeste tosses the mass once around in the air like a pizza dough before plucking it to a stop mid air. As if on a timer, as soon as she does so the ambient water halts midair for just a good long second with a low thrum before once again renewing their descent.

"Special delivery at no charge, to my eternal dismay."

Pointing with blades downwards at Sarah in Celeste hands is a Reaper Prime, looking like it has been pulled straight from the forge. On the top reverse blade a tiny swirl of red and green lay painted on (the top yellow part on the very tip of the scythe), and the faint whiff of an unknown liquor wafts into Sarah's nostrils before being drowned out by the rain.

Balanced on the handle is a fully armored kavat (with hump, foot cylinders and dangly head bits removed), giving Sarah the most non caring look underneath it's helmet. Jumping silently off, it quickly circles back and wraps itself around Celeste's legs.

Sarah's eyes are wide in surprise..

"Wait... but.... how?" She stammers out finally, "Did Mia and Aria give you this? Are they here!?"

She gently wrapped a hand around the scythe, inspecting it carefully. As she did, a wide grin spread across her face, making her look like a child on Christmas morning.

"Holy crap, this is awesome!" she said excitedly, running her thumb along the flat of the blade.

Behind Sarah, there is a very unhappy-looking Kavat. The territorial creature eyes the new animal, the fur along its back sticking up.

"The fam figured having a fresh set of *eyes* was needed, since the last few incursions ended up pretty 'BLARG'y." Celeste says, shrugging her shoulders. "if it breaks again though, I'm adding a surcharge regardless of what they say. Having half a dozen space beauties work on the one stick for weeks should cost extra if only for the imaginary fanservice level."

"As for where they are, they're...around." she notes, giving the black relentless clouds above a *stare* under the hood. "Seemed smart to keep the numbers low unless things get code 'habanero'. If they're needed though, the entire fam's only a few tram station ride's away. Best to keep the city 'intact' for now though, I'd think." implying the specific person in mind without saying details to the man who's still listening in with the radio connection.

"Now if you don't have any more tasings or interrorgatings with loaded guns scheduled, there's a shower downstairs with my name on it." Celeste finishes with a tongue click and tap of her walking stick before disappearing down the roof hatch to the floors below. The armored fishcat pays the other kavat no mind, content to be by it's master's side unless it tries to start something; rubbing itself on the cloaked girl's legs as they descended indoors.

Oh, if only they knew... Clogori thought to himself, looking at this poster. He shrugged and walked into the hotel, smiling to himself. The moment he got inside, he surveyed the place carefully. This building looked rather odd from the outside, and he didn't want to be caught off guard walking in here. He kept a firm grasp on his briefcase.

Sarah stepped to the side, allowing Celeste to easily access the stairs. She inspected the scythe for several more seconds before nodding and carrying it back downstairs.

"Just gotta test this thing out now. Where did we keep the water bottles?" she thought, humming happily to herself. She had missed her old weapon. Nothing else felt right to her.

"A lot of my old kit seems to have recently resurfaced. Pretty soon I'll have the whole deal back."

Ebony didn't so much as blink when Sarah walked in with a massive golden weapon. She simply continued untying her boots.

"Water bottles are in the closet if you wanna do sometests." Ebony said, "And don't do any inside this time!"

Sarah laughed, grabbing a pack of the plastic bottles and heading outside, a spring in her step.

Clorogi was greeted by a large, ostentatious foyer. There was an elaborate glass structure in the center that siphoned rainwater and had it cascade down in mesmerizing patterns. There were also numerous chairs and sofas forming something of a lounge around it. The floor was carpeted, unlike many of the buildings in the city, and seemed expensive. In fact, the whole place reeked of wealth.

A lone man sat behind a desk on the other side of the room, and his head perked up as Clorogi entered. He quickly donned a pleasant smile and waiting for Clorogi to approach him.

Muck it. He thought, There's nothing else to go off of here. He wiped a smudge of mud off of the corner of the mask. He was getting tired now. He still hadn't gotten any shuteye since he got here after his long flight into Uranian orbit.

He lept off the podium and trudged back the way he came, heading towards the alleyway. He planned to drop by the checkpoint, scan the bullet, and then deposit it for evidence. He'd probably leave the Neural Sentry Mask there as well. All he really wanted right now was a nap, and his hotel room's bed seemed like a welcoming place to be lying on right now.

"We don't have a definite plan." Kamos responded. "Our current idea is to use the sewer system to get past the checkpoint and do some recon. We might try and find disguises to make that easier, but getting a good disguise would be hard. To be honest, we're pretty unprepared."

"Hey, I thought of the sewer idea. At least give me that." Atela interjected, speaking for the first time since meeting Ebony.

"How much will a week cost?" Clogori asked. He reached into one of his pockets, clearly looking for something. He did his best to remain calm, and was doing a pretty good job of it, considering he was in one of the most dangerous places in the entire system for a Tenno.
