The point is that he done 185 reroll on it and he was still not satisfied with it and wanted to sell it instead. (Its an alright riven tbh but a lot of people want the perfect riven for the weapon they like. I'v put my paws on a CC+CD+Toxin riven and It's fantastic now..not like it wasn't strong before it but with it IT's a monster so I can kinda understand him xd.)
