I can't remove my Clan Grandest Hall. ​​​​​​​

When I try to remove the Hall it says: 
Then the game marks 4 rooms that aren't connected with the Hall and 2 of them are prerequisites for it:  and I can't destroy the prerequisites because I need to destroy the Clan Grandest Hall

(I know that I have a reactor in the Grandest Hall but the other rooms doesn't even make sense to destroy)

is it your last Clan Hall? you can't remove your last one, but idk if it gives that error if you're trying to remove the last remaining Hall.

It looks to me like you're standing in the guarden, trying to destroy it, and it's highlighting the 4 rooms attached to it.  Maybe I'm just seeing it wrong...

 

Edit: Which room on that picture are you actually trying to destroy??
