Rework and Tweak ideas for Titania, and some other frames

The Tweaks announced in the Dev Workshop were good but more frames need more work.PT.1

Titania- Her 1st 2nd and 3rd abilites are...in grave need of changes

Spellbind- Enemies Often float away making it difficult to kill, a solution would be to lock the enemies in a certain radius from the cast area.

Tribute-The Buffs are too weak and not very useful for a squishy frame like Titania. also changing them all to a base duration and letting strength, range and duration effect them would be a major improvement, but obviously capped(based on testing done by the devs to see if they deem it too weak or too powerful) and for power strength to increase the ammount each buff goes up each stack.Also an AoE of 5-10m

  • A.Dust, the decrease to enemy hit chance is not great because She is still easily one-shotted, making it a 75% damage reduction that scales faster than it currently does would be better.
  • B.Thorns- Damage reflection is almost useless in this game(enemies damage is too little to kill each other at higher levels), so making the reflected damage get multiplied or maybe be replaced with a knock-back or stagger when attacking would work better
  • C.Entangle, the range for the slow is too low but allowing the buffs to scale with mods would fix most of the issues with this buff, and maybe increase the cap to 60%-70%
  • D.Full Moon, just making it a damage buff that affects all allies would vastly improve it. the current 75% damage increase but instead for all allies would be high enough.

Lantern- maybe make the enemies ignore Titania more when it is used, and making the enemy not float around as much, like locking the enemy in place in the air above the cast area. also to make it a better damage ability maybe add a 50% of the targeted enemy's health become damage, (only health not armor or shields)

Razorwing- is fine but letting you have a vacuum radius locked at around 10m it so you don't have to be hugging the ground, also fixing the random spontaneous deaths would be nice.

Vauban

Tesla, just increase the status chance of Tesla to 100% or letting it chain multiple enemies . but keep the damage low.

Minelayer. idk, other people have much better ideas about his Minelayer than i do.

Nyx- mostly fine,

1. some minor buffs like being able to control 2-5 enemies and holding her 1 for 1 second to release them all,

2. this ability overall is...outdated from power creep. making it do more like have a larger AoE and a chance to disarm, or something would be good, 

4, fine as is (maybe make it less eye-bleeding)

Mirage- needs some more work. 

1. already good.

2. remove it and make it into an ability that controls lighting around mirage to add some control to her 3's buff.

3, already good but can be improved with the already mentioned idea for her 2.

4.since DE has already nerfed it, reducing the energy drain and allowing it to be controlled by the cursor like nova's molecular drop would be good.

Wukong- good but just a few changes

1.good but maybe increase the base radius.

2. amazing don't change at all. no buffs or nerfs.

3 OK, but maybe making it faster and scale with range or strength for the increased speed.

4. There are melee weapons that outright beat it damage wise. but that can be fixed by letting wukong use some of the acolyte mods,(but not Maiming Strike)

Misc Minor issues that could use minor tweaks,

Saryn requiring a lot of energy for ability spam, maybe make her abilities do a bit more damage per cast, or release primed streamline.

Nezha's 2 is a bit too hard to controll so maybe makeing it bounce a bit less would help and 3 not being re-castable making nezha easily one shotted once it is broken. so maybe makeing it refreshable like rhino's augmented iron skin.

Hydroid, the chargeing is a bit sluggish even with natural talent, so maybe increasing the cast speed a bit would help.

Valkyr, her 4's energy drain is scaling is a bit extreme so maybe lowering the max drain a little bit would help a bit, or removeing the energy drain increase and immortality, and replace it with damage reduction and proc resistance, and keep the life steal

For the "Part 2" Warframe reworks, Titania definitely needs to be a big focus. I love your Tribute changes, I would only add that one cast can affect multiple enemies in an area and she brings the buffs directly to herself. This would help her energy and keep her from running right into enemy clusters to gather the souls. Other than that, there definitely need to be some changes with how Spellbound/Lanterned enemies move. It's honestly a really cool cc effect, but when the Lantern target is the source of the skill's AoE effect, it shouldn't be floating off where it becomes useless. Perhaps being able to use Lantern without a target would be helpful...?
