Marine027 Posted March 7, 2018 Share Posted March 7, 2018 (edited) It simply takes time, may be days, may be weeks, you need to consider you are not the onyl one sending tickets, there are thousands and each need to be checked, some have more priority like bugs or reports, some don't like minor things like chat bans, deserved or not.
