Complete Second Dream Quest, what now?

I have recently completed the Second Dream quest (by recently I mean like 20 minutes ago when I'm posting this), my question is what should I do now?

Should I work towards the Pluto junction, farm for a certain item, or something else?

Best thing you can do, as any other player is to just go through all planets and unlock every corner of system. I am saying this because I dislike when people ask for taxi, it's annoying. By unlocking every planet, every node, you will never have to worry about not being able to start Alerts.

SInce Second Dream is not final quest currently avaible, I also recommend to press further and finish The War Within Quest. After that, also other side quests (for frames and other things). The sooner you'll unlock more content, the more things to do will appear and you'll also get access to some interesting frames, weapons, etc. Later, Cetus and Plains are also an option since high level bounties can be pain for unprepared players.
