Es posible que nulidad virtuosa este mal?

Hola a todos este es mi primer post y vengo a preguntar a gente que tal vez tenga mas experiencia que yo con los arcanos si han usado el arcano nulidad virtuosa y aun notado alguna diferencia por que yo lo tengo pero en R3 y no se nota mucho la diferencia tengo un 15% de regeneración durante 3 segundo pero el problema radica en que el amp tarda 2 segundo en regenerar la energía dejándome 1 segundo de arcano si lo tuviera en rango máximo  me dejaría 2 segundos, a lo que voy es que puede existir alguna posibilidad que el arcano ¿este mal configurado o este mal pensado?.
