How hard is to fix spawn issues after 5 years of development?

Onslaught once again highlights the half a decade old problem which is that enemies aren't spawning at all. That has been a commonly reported flaw in survival and there are still issued in extermination missions when you need to sit at the extraction for 10 minutes for the last 5-20 enemies to spawn. Now some of the zones in onslaught are borderline impossible without spamming the Equinox's maim because there simply isn't enough enemies to keep the efficiency up.

About as difficult as making a game mode with good rewards that is worth playing for more than a week.Crappy captura scenes in rotations,300 endo again and more relics are S#&$ rewards,the only things worth getting there are khora and the vandal parts which when you get them once they are useless.

Unless they plan to switch reward tables around like the early sorties this new game mode is dead on arrival

The rate efficiency diminishes indeed accelerates over the zones at least in hard mode, but there's no increase in spawn speed so no matter what you do, you really cannot do it endlessly even if you keep one hitting the enemies.
