0 Cmdr-A Posted May 18, 2018 Share Posted May 18, 2018 (edited) Thats literally part of his iron skin ability, its always been there like that on the original normal rhino whenever you use Iron Skin. Rhino primes is smoothed out however and doesn't have the craggy bumps. But it looks like it might be visually bugged from the looks of it? The crags should usually look in color to the rest.
