Light source decorations should actually cast a bit of light

I don't know if it would cause performance issues, but it would be nice for lanterns and such to cast some light onto their surroundings. At the moment, they're basically just sticks of bloom, and don't even put any light onto a Warframe that's right up against them.

Would do wonders for atmosphere.

Not sure what the exact technical term is but I'd like all light sources (such as from powers, shooting, effects and all that) do this and affect/create shadows. I remember they briefly talked about doing this ages ago, might've just been for levels, but it would add a whole new feel to WF's visuals.

Its kinda strange how Warframe only have character dynamic shadows, rest of shadows are already prerendered in textures, so objects cant cast any shadows
