Can I have an second account?

So I know that this has  been probably asked a lot but id still like to get some confirmation.

Can I make a second account? Id like to play through the game again just for fun and experience the beginner grind so to speak.

I'm not looking to trade with my second account, gift anything to it or abuse the system. It would be its separate thing from my main account.

As long as the accounts dont interact , there is no problem .

I created a second account a while back to review new player experience and blog about it. Never got in trouble, so It should be fine.

As long as you adhere to what you said, you should be fine with having a secondary account.
