Combo Counter for Snipers no longer decays

Hey, remember back around PoE when they reworked Sniper Rifles a little? This thing here, to be specific.

Seems like they managed to break them during this update. Given the PoE review, Snipers are supposed to behave like this:

1 combo count removed at a time when duration runs out instead of all of them (decay vs. cooldown).

What I noticed, however, is that the combo counter now vanishes all at once, similarly to how they were before the rework, making it hard, if not impossible, to build up combo counters for any Sniper Rifle without reload speed mods that aren't the Vectis (Prime) or Lanka.

I'm not sure if this is an improvement over the previous bug that I posted months ago (so long ago that I cant even find it any more - its in the bugs channel somewhere) where the Naramon melee combo counter node would affect Sniper combo counters.

What that did was, if your naramon was set to melee decay 15 per, then the sniper would decay at 15 per too, instead of the intended 1.

Adding to this, the melee combo counter is also broken. Power Spike has no effect on it anymore, and the entire combo disappears after x seconds.

I wonder if as @Construc_ above mentioned they messed around with Power Spike to fix Snipers, but ended up just breaking the whole thing.
