What warframes would you recommend for the new Quest?(Spoilers)

I was never good at killing sentients so I asked my question what were frames and other gear would you recommend that I bring to the quest.

Doesn't matter. Any.

The center of the story is Umbra and you will also heavily use operator and his abilities anyway.

Chose the wf you like more and want to see in the scenes more that's it.

I personally brought single shot Hard Hitter Primaries. In my case, I used Opticor and Ferrox (Opticor-Mini). Operator strips resistance from Sentients, Umbra two shots them away. Team work.

As he said really. the main thing you'll be using is your operator anyway. though first parts are ghouls so bring a decent weapon if anything

I used gara for the first part with no issues (in fact trivialized it)

Ivara for the next few - also trivial

Inaros for the second to last

and of course no option on the the last.

Anywhere sentients appeared i just stayed in Tenno and made short work of them and there was basically no point in the quest I relied on weapons from my warframe nor content I couldn't have done with any frame or weapon potato'd or not, forma'd or not.

Not knowing what the quest was or what was involved, my selections were not based on an optimal strategy but were randomly selected. I started with gara since that was the last frame i used before starting the quest,  I had switched to Ivara for part 2 since it was on a tile set that was normally a spy mission then stayed ivara for a bit out of laziness. Then went to inaros for no particular reason other than i was bored of ivara.
