Radiation Hazard sound and visual effects not showing properly

Normally, in radiation hazard sortie, we can see and hear where radiation hazard areas are. But in today's sortie 3 defense(corpus, lunar), I can't see them at all.

People didn't know they were stepping into radiation area and this resulted in a lot of team kill.

Read the description of that mission - you don't have to deal with Radiation clouds, instead, enemy damage can inflict Rad procs.

Wait, you are talking about element enhancement. But I'm sure this one is radiation hazard.

Oh right, that doesn't work anymore once you've completed the mission,
still, I definitely remember it mentioning enemy damage rather than localized phenomena.
Maybe it's because it was a Defense mission rather than a "normal" do-stuff-then-go-to-Extraction one? loldunno

I read it wiki. I thought radiation hazard only means green radiation clouds. I didn't realize that it also means physical damage has a chance to cause radiation proc.

This is embarrassing :P

"Any physical damage received will also impart radiation effects."
