Does Primed Reach affect exalted blade?

I was wondering if primed reach affects the exalted blade in any way.

Presumably:

• The range you can hit with the sword.
• The hitbox for the energy wave. Apparently not.

Basically, just the same as with a glaive or something.

Ooh.. nice. I need to max rank primed reach then so I can start swinging around a much bigger energy sword.

   I believe Reach / Primed Reach affects the sword part like any normal melee, but not the projections at all (size or maximum range). I think the projections technically aren't considered to be melee attacks (which is why they don't increase your melee combo), so melee mods don't affect them directly, although I haven't done a huge amount of testing of that myself. At the very least, the maximum range of the projections is capped at 40 meters. You might be able to increase the size, although I don't know that for sure.

Not quite.
It affects the sword itself, but it has no effect whatsoever on the energy waves.
