Suggestion: Hoverboard Skate part captura Scene

We need place where we can be be Tony Hawkframe, and practice our sick hoverboard tricks and show them off

I am in favour of a Hoverskate park for Captura, but what about a Conclave gametype which, for lack of other terms, is basically dodgems?

Real questions:

-Is there a Tenno, Grineer, Prime, Infested/Mutalist, and Sentient version of the hover-skates? Can they be customized?
-Can we use these on any ground mission, most importantly would be the Plains?
-Are these reusable, unlike the single-use Archwing pods?
-Can Archwing pods be made reusable in some manner, in the veins of exiting a Dargyn?
-Will there be a Corpus counterpart to the Dargyn we can snag for ourselves?
