Doforcash
can you guy making changing frame is enable when you're dead ? instead of using revive chance (about 4 time each Frame), if a Warframe dead and cannot be revive, Player must use another Frame in inventory. To make the battlefield...less game-like and more real-life (in this case: tag team) The revive chance instead of 4 for Each Frame, it will be 4 for All frame to use. So you have to think twice will you use the same Frame and cost a revive, or you use another Frame and save it For example: we got Ash, Frost and Vauban in our inventory, and we choose Frost for Corpus. If Frost die, we can choose Vauban instead; then Vauban die, we choose Ash; if Ash die...THEN you can use the Revive 4 time to revive any frame. I do this this would be interesting and is worth expanding on. I dont agree with your "Saving revives" idea though, I think it should be limited to 4 revives maximum. AvatreDaemonSadi
I do no see how this would relate to "real-life" in that do you see soldiers running into battle and getting changed halfway through saying "I don't want to be on the frontlines anymore! Let me snipe from waaaaay over there" etc etc
Un1337ninj4
Bad idea, this game would be way to easy if every one has 8-112 lives a day per mission.
-Kittens-
game has enough difficulty and memory problems as it is.

EirikAura
Only problem is loadout. Unless we could save mod loadouts it would take forever, swap mods out of first frame, get second frame, choose mods, accept, etc...

Mastikator2
Not everyone has full sets of mods for every warframe constantly equipped. I got 14 warframes and only ever got 2 Flow. Also, dying and coming back in a different suit = not realistic
EirikAura
LOL the ONLY mods I leave in a frame are the skills, and that's only so I don't accidentally fuse them! I certainly don't have enough of them to equip my 4 frames

Golgotha
Yeah...no. This just wouldnt make sense. Like at all. Ever. You go down and are incapacitated, how are you supposed to change out of your current and into another hybrid biomechanical armored exoskeleton while down and out? I mean seriously - what? Its not like changing people in the group - because you are not actually changing people in a group, you would be literally stripping out of one armor into another. You are one Tenno..not [insert number of Frames you got] Tenno that wait on standby in a van outside the spaceship to take over once you go down. This is Warframe not WWF Mania 2013. rechot
i think this is a good idea since and i quote. where starting on are load outs since most of you said you get tired of switching all of your mods over.
CaptainohCaptain
Yay, sure we should have it! ... after adding permanent loss of warframe on death.
MECT_HET
Sure thing, instead of saving your very own life during bleeding to death, you're just deciding to show them a strip show. If warframe is just an exoskeleton... well, show em what you've got underneath it. Bad idea. This is not battlefield or something. Mastikator2
it's like changing people in the group Exactly, which doesn't make sense in 10 minute missions.

If a mere shaking of ground can ignore your armor (rhino's stomp) whereas a magic'ish spell crushing your bones cannot (Mag's crush), I think this game has enough weirdness to accomodate anything. Imagine how vauban morphs into Loki on t3 defence.
JerichoFayne
Why stop here? How about if you can pick a panic button, and your dropship unloads all your warframes, and they link together to form a Vultronesque super-frame. This would be especially awesome on a 4-players team, where each player had to operate a limb to make the thing function.
Tsukinoki
Besides this just being a bad idea in general, I doubt that the engine as it currently stands could handle it. The reason being that when you start a mission it sends the basic information on you: frame, colors, loadout, etc. (this can be verified because there are times when there are glitches and your team-mates model doesn't load properly so it defaults their model to Excalibur but applies their warframes skin and coloring). In order to allow a change like this they would need to have a way to dynamically update and resend all of this information in the middle of the mission, which could be a rather big recode job depending on how their engine is coded. Further, which group would be willing to wait the 5 to 10 minutes required for you to swap out all of your mods?
rksk16it
But you can change your frame mid game, provided : 1. anybody in the team is in your friend's list 2. objective isnt completed 3. someone doesnt jump in before you rejoin Ofc you will lose all mods and resources :)
