Flackenstien
Name: WashTheme: Rain.Playstyle: Debuffing, stealth, support.Appearance: Small, with a rain poncho and somber blues. Female. Lore: Designed to silently wash away those who oppose The Seven; falling corpses cannot be heard through the rainfall. Health: 175 Shield: 75 Armor: 100 Energy: 150 Speed: 1.15 Polarities: Naramon x2Aura Polarity: Vazarin Passive: Invisible in rain, if not sprinting. Mechanic: Abilities change based on if you are detected or not. Abilities: [1] GLOOM Cost: 25 Energy. Places a cloud over the head of target enemy for 20s. Clouds will also form over enemies within 3m of this target. Undetected: The clouds will drench the enemies in rain, slowing them down and reducing their vision (both aim accuracy and detection range). Detected: The clouds will often strike the enemy with lightning and inflict Shock Status procs. Augment: CLEANSE; can now place a cloud over the head of a target ally, using its rain to cleanse them of any Status ailments. [2] OVERCAST Cost: 50 Energy, can be Charged for a doubled cost. Covers a target area in clouds, with a radius of 15m, for 15s. This cloud takes on the effects of any GLOOM targets within its radius. If Charged, the cloud will rain for the entirety of its Duration (slowing enemies and reducing their vision). Undetected: For each affected enemy to die by Finishers, the Duration is increased by 5s. Detected: The rain becomes acidic, dealing Corrosive damage over time with consistent Status procs. Augment: STORM EYE; radius is reduced to 8m, but the Ability becomes an Aura. [3] FOG Cost: Toggled; 15, with an additional X Energy per second. Creates a fog that covers a radius of 10/15/18/20m. Enemies within it have trouble leaving. While you are within the range of both Fog and Overcast, if Overcast's duration were to end, it drains 10 Energy instead for an extra 5s. Undetected: As enemies are killed within range, other enemies within range are slowed. If they are already affected by Gloom or Overcast's rain, they are scared stiff for 5s. Detected: Affected enemies confusedly shoot anything they see in the fog; even their allies. [4] RAINWALK Cost: Toggled; 25, with an additional X Energy per second. Become a small cloud, and hover over a target enemy or ally. In this form, Gloom and Overcast have their Energy costs halved. While over an enemy: It and any Gloom targets, will be slowly drained of Health, replenishing your own. Undetected: Health will also be drained from nearby enemies. Detected: While over an ally: That ally is slowly healed and gains your passive invisibility in the rain (provided they aren't sprinting). Undetected: Stealth kills by the ally will cause your cloud to rain for 5s, and grant 30% increased Loot chance during that time. Detected: Strong storm winds will sporadically knock enemies within 15m around. Wash becomes invisible for 5s after the target dies, or if the Ability is deactivated (purposely, or from running out of Energy). Signature Weapon: A powerful and silent Thrown Secondary weapon, a pouch which your Warframe pulls out Void-treated water knives that deal Slash damage with high Status Chance. This weapon builds up puddles on the ground under enemies or surfaces it hits. These puddles can cause enemies to slip and fall. Has no Ammo reserve, instead having a single 'magazine' that consumed Sniper Ammo. Standing over a puddle will slowly refill the pouch, soaking up the puddle. (PSN)chris1pat8twins
Got me picturing acid rain that inflicts corrosive on the enemies and make the weapons and machines rust and jam up. And heavy rain(probably from repeated casts) that reduces their accuracy.
