  1. they could use relay guards models, just give them team colors

     

    they could also use existing abilities and spread them between different frame categories - like tank, support, light - balancing 3 sets of abilities is still easier

     

    almost no development time, really, but it doesnt matter, cause they're set on what they're doing atm

  2. karak isnt THAT bad, an augment mod would be enough; grakata master race, too

     

    hind deserves some serious vaykoring + fix the regular tenno and arid hinds firerate to match elites, like seriously, bugged since forever

    • Fixed the team select UI not being usable between Conclave rounds.
    • Fixed players joining Conclave in a pre-made squad being separated when entering Cephalon Capture.

     

    doesnt work - UI is missing this 'team select' function and if you join a match with more than 1 friend you get into separated teams AND it keeps scrambling you between most of the rounds

  3. mag can achieve 2nd highest effective hp in the game with her 2, right after rhino's iron skin, not to mention an 'oh S#&$' heal as well as a general 'F*** you' to enemy shields, pretty decent skill to use behind a corner

     

    1 and 3 synergise well with pretty much any weapon, work well with bows, have an awesome range and can help party members; 1 can affect multiple enemies, 3 leaves an explosion after a frag that can zone enemies

     

    4 is average, but it does stagger 3 times, so it's a nice defensive ult if you've got a teammate with you

     

    awesome augments for skills, too

     

    frost is one of the balanced frames right now, HP-wise and ability-wise - i think he should be used as a baseline for how other frames should perform - more utility and zoning in skills, rather than everything being pure damage, but that's just an opinion

  4. to all of you saying that some things may be impossible to catch during small scale testing:

     

    you're telling me it was impossible to tell that, for example, the post-release TTK was too slow compared to allowed movement velocities? That NO ONE during the testing tried to copter - a basic, widely used PVE mechanic - and if someone did, SOMEONE ELSE did not try to kill him or, if he did, he couldnt tell that it's pretty @(*()$ hard?

    either way, shrug about testers, because SOME bullS#&$ will always make it through... but the amount of it that did go through this 'closed testing' thingy is silly. It would be excusable if it was some obscure BS, but it's basic stuff that other CTF titles have figured out... more than a decade ago, or straight up imbalances carried over from pve

  5. the knockdown alone isnt that big of a deal if it wasnt for the fact that with kogake you get a knockdown AND mobility in one move

     

    you WILL be using the mobility it gives 90% of the time, cause why not, and if someone happens to be on your path, the knockdown is free

     

    if they were 2 different moves it would be fine

    you two do realize that multiple different animations/actions exist that completely ignore staggers, as well as other cc effects, right?

     

    stagger is a very unreliable mechanic, and should not be used as an argument for a pro of a weapon/ability

    edit: just for the sake of clarity - it's not the ability to oneshot that im arguing against, as much as the lack of equality when it comes to heavy frames having an advantage of not getting dropped by a random shot WHILE not having any real drawbacks to using said frames

  9. chroma resists a lex hs with 317 effective hp+sh

     

    frost and rhino have 263, so they're barely there, unless rhino uses skin, then he can tank one

     

    mag can survive with overshield

     

    but still, in most cases it is, especially against fragile frames like excal and volt

     

    edit: my mistake, rhino and frost have 313 by default, so they survive as well

  10. excal has 222 effective health - 100sh / 100hp with 65 armor

     

    volt 255 - 150sh / 100hp with 15 armor

     

    lex pumps 140, times two for hs is 280

     

    280 is, more often than not, greater than 222 and 255

  11. bows are S#&$ now - you're not only fighting against player frantic and random movement and velocities, but also against S#&$ty bow balance and mechanics, like arrows sometimes flying 45 degree off the target randomly and projectiles appearing at the weapon, making extreme close range more difficulty

     

    a full charge on a regular paris leaves an excal at <10% hp? That's cool, but by the time you can line up a follow up you die twice to a braton/latron

     

    i wouldnt really mind the damage if at least the charge speed and ammo capacity were buffed to a reasonable number - right now latron outperforms bows at all ranges

     

    what went wrong is that they got nerfed in the same patch that buffed other firearms - they should have waited with the nerf to see if regular weapons post-buff could compete with bows, but DE cant into balance :S + bunch of tards whined

  12. it might be expensive to get from the scratch, but for someone that is progressing through weapons from a mr0 it costs... normal

     

    you get yerself a dual skana that you use, you get yerself an akbolto that you use and then lo - you can make an akjagara once you're done with the two

     

    you guys just look at its cost because you already had a dual skana and an akbolto, so making them again is worthless for you
