  1. Alad's story is currently a mess without the operations he was involved in, no it might be confusing indeed.

New players can encounter amalgams and find the secret labs as a sort of teaser for the future story. The Jupiter disruption mission as well as the Ropalolyst fight are not available until later.

  2. Wukong automated the gameplay with little to no effort. Being just unkillable isn't as impressive, in my opinion. You still have to play the game yourself. He is still strong, but not that strong.

On top of that, the difference between Revenant and the other frames isn't as big as it was between Wukong and the others in the previous years. If there ever is a massive gap, then that's another story.

  3. I'd rather have defence replaced with something else, like maybe void cascade.

Excavation would be fine if DE fixed the energy cell spawn. Most of the time the mission drags because the damn things don't want to appear. Because at the end of the day it is as you said, you will finish it eventually.

  4. I don't really mind the current mechanics, but energy carriers definitely need to get looked at. Excavation just drags because of it, even on steel path with increased enemy spawns.

Change Power cores and the mechanic around them - (Instead of filling the charge make power cores actually speed up the process reducing the time required for a dig if only slightly per core, a potential tweak or addition could come in allowing players who hold the power core and kill other core carriers acts as a overcharge to the core increasing its effectiveness and decreasing the time per dig even more. The new nightwave challenge could be "Finish a dig in X amount of time")

If I had to make any change, this would probably it. Even with poor spawns it would at least prevent the mission from grinding to a halt.

  5. Since the thread has gotten some attention, I'll add that the drifter also needs help regarding their visuals. It would be nice if they could use regular amps, instead of Sirocco model for everything. If you finished the Whispers in the Walls quest as the drifter, you probably noticed that Sirocco is glued to their hand in the final cutscene. Things like these do pile up over time and are becoming more and more jarring.

  6. Don't expect too much, even in the past we didn't get new stances that often. I'd love to see new stances for some weapons (like two-handed nikanas), but they don't seem to be anywhere close to priority.

doesn't that mean you're going to have to go back and make galvanized mods even MORE OP now?

If guns prove to be less powerful than melee after adding the new melee stuff, they will probably try and equalise the difference.

  7. There are some operations that are quite important to the story and without them some context might be lost on those players, who started after these operations were already gone. The anniversary this year showed that the return of the old operations was possible, so it would be nice to have at least some of them back as side quests. I believe the two from the title at least should be brought back.

Tubemen of Regor would serve as a good finish to the whole mutalist Alad V thing. Currently, without any context attached, he's just there and his plot thread seems to go nowhere (even though it has been resolved in the aforementioned operation that's not in the game anymore). As a quest it could be unlocked after completing Patient Zero and defeating mutalist Alad V once.

Shadow Debt could serve as a good introduction to the acolytes. As it stands, they just appear in the steel path and that's it. If it was a quest, it could become available once a player unlocks the steel path.

At the end of the day it is a shame that all the additional lore just goes to waste once an operation has ended.

    trash.

I did it solo, in 5 mins, 4 Keyglyphs, 4 dragon keys, no mods, no weapons, no warframe, uphill both ways, in the snow, while defusing a bomb IRL. clearly a skill issue.

Whoa. That's like the path my parents took to school.

I don't even understand what happened, who were Arthur and Aoi, what happened to them?

From what I understood, Albrecht retreated to the past (or more accurately a conceptual embodiment of the past), to escape the indifference. When we first used transference on the vessel, we instead transferred into Arthur in 1999. Whatever was happening there, it seems that we arrived too late and Albrecht had already been taken over by the man in the wall. So now Loid is going to work out a way to go to 1999 early enough to prevent whatever is going on there.

If I were to hazard a guess, Arthur and Aoi are the people from 1999 who somehow got involved with Albrecht and were given the future tech to fight that variant of the infestation. Or stole it, since it seems like the TV infested might also be Albrecht's creation that he unleashed there.

As for the end on the quest, I'm not sure. I'll let someone else explain that.

Okay, so you're a cultural bigot, and would prefer other people, be like that too.
This is almost beyond parody- Why don't you go play a game made by a country that shares your (dehumanizing) values then, instead of coming here to the "progressive west" try and pseudointellectually argue for them like a clown?

The funny thing about it is that if Albrecht or Loid was a woman, that other poster wouldn't have an issue with their relationship. Bigots are better to be left alone.
