amps were introduced with U22: plains of eidolon, the sacrifice quest was introduced in U23: the sacrifice, so amps did exist when the quest was released (but not all of them. we only had the cetus ones back then, the rest wouldn't be introduced until U24: fortuna)

thanks, it's been awhile. I remember it being very rough for me to take down umbra, either way. Doable, but frustrating.

you are of no help here, im already in a clan, the leader of said clan in fact, and i had been playing the bounty on public

its now very obvious that not only do you not see the problem, you are now blatantly ignoring the problem being pointed out

as for friends we are all in our late 20's so everyone has this thing called a life and in that life they have a job which is used to keep them alive

getting hostile isn't going to get you help.

If your friends aren't playing the game try recruitment chat, or get more people in your clan, you can advertise on the forums. Hildryn's farm is fine, though getting the initial thermia is admittedly a pita. But it not being handed to you isn't a sign that it is too punitive. It's not unexpected to have to put some work in for things.

    At Minimum

it wont be added until the Next Cert Update.

(because they need to update game files to add your graphic)

From the looks of it? that'll be Whisper's in the Walls update? probably 1st quarter next year.

It is probably much sooner. They do it whenever that do a patch and sometimes even before. It's very quick. They won't wait until the next set of major changes, even small changes can include clan glyphs. Also, cert means nothing for a PC player.

I have submitted both a clan and alliance glyph and it took maybe a week at the very most, and I think (it's been awhile) it was only a few days. No one is going to have to wait literal months to get a glyph approved and implemented.

    hi

I can't upload screenshots, and I don't know of any page that allows me to upload them for free (I'll pass it on to you from the wiki), And I also have the game in other language

you can see it here, it's the first

you can use something like imgur to upload screenshots. It would be preferable and we can't be sure of anything without something like that.

  5. I don't think I've ever been in a situation where I thought "gee, people will be mad at me for getting tau forged" when eventually they are going to get it, as well. I'm also a little confused on what you want to do about it, do you mean you want everyone to have the same chance or for you to not know you got tau forged until you are back in the orbiter? And where else is this done?

What would happen if I linked my Steam account to a new Waframe account? Will the new account contain the items  I purchased in the past?

That shouldn't happen, no. What items specifically? Packs you bought, the 2013 items you can buy from other players or what? If it's promotional free stuff (I can't remember anything being from Steam like that) it may or may not work, but afaik, it would be like claiming amazon prime stuff, you get it once for that account. Anything else, assuming it's something free and still available, you'd need a new steam account for.

I haven't seen any other games do it, but it's quite common in programming using Integrated Development Environments

I honestly think the idea is worth a look by the devs, I'm just not sure they will considering how obtuse they make things some times. Admittedly sometimes the wiki is wrong, but it is really important to explain so many things that just aren't explained at all in game.

  8. I mean I think it's a great suggestion but probably not really possible or at least not reasonably so, some of which is because of things you yourself mentioned. It would certainly be a way for warframe to help confused players with some guidance a lot better.

  9. Other people here have explained all this better, but as my personal take, something that is, to be fair specific to me, I started enjoying video games a lot more when I divorced myself from feeling like I had to play only my own gender. This may be in part because there are a lot less female characters in video games (which has changed somewhat in recent decades thankfully) and playing male characters allowed me more variety, But Warframe has a lot of its variety mixed amongst the genders, anyway. So this becomes equally relevant for men.

There's totally legit reasons to not be able to feel this way and it's personal to each individual, but unless it really troubles you in some way, I suggest trying out warframes for their powers and not their gender.

They were added in exactly the same update, and Nidus was originally the only way to get into the Helminth room without the cyst.

yea agreed, that didn't sound right to me because you have to use the cyst to get one, but I was too lazy to look it up.

My vote would be for the healing predasite to have synergy, personally. I think it has maggots and that's what heals, and it is better than the charger, at least.

The reason is the origin of the helminth charge (ei through Nidus) so it not having synergy at all is a bit weird and just because something is the not best does not mean it should be not be reworked or buffed. be buffed or reworked. The reason I say pathocyst is because it is the only maggot-related weapon. I find it odd that the 3 maggot-related things in the game don't work together. Nidus himself synergizes with Hirudo and Hema. If Warframe in general could synergize with Weapons more often it would be nice.

The pathocyst came out when the emissary stuff came out, so it's based around an entirely separate thing, though.

    🙄

  13. It's a a few lines of code, not really much of a keepsake.

That said, some weapons that seem inferior in PvE actually have a small advantage in Conclave because of the different stat distribution and how small the numbers need to be to make an impact there. I haven't delved enough into the numbers but I vaguely recall someone telling me some of the MK-1s are useful. I've tested them myself, but it's hard to tell what is and isn't of any worth since I am so godawful at the game mode.

You've been able to buy them from the market this whole time, so they aren't really collectibles. They probably aren't going to wipe existing ones, and I'm not clear on the benefit of removing the weapons in general, but it's certainly a very weird thing to form an attachment to, It's like people who get mad when there's an event that underlines the fact that our operators are psychopathic little war criminals because they want to play the good guy. We have never been good guys. Also, your MK-1s are just a series of 1 and 0s keeping your inventory all cluttered.

The mastery issue is probably the only thing I'd be curious about, it would be unfair to upcoming players to make that affinity unaccessible by them.

  14. The most triggering thing for me in the game is when one of the Sisters makes a comment that basically comes down to her threatening you with being put in a situation where you might end up (cw sexual assault) ...

    Spoiler

    a victim of prison rape.

Whereas I had a schizophrenic friend for a long while who I never heard say anything in the game triggered him. I feel for you and your friend, I get very frustrated with the game industry and their treatment of the mentally ill. I deal with a nice collection of illnesses, and I think more people than you often hear about are the same. For me it's Bipolar, OCD, ADHD, Social Anxiety Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

More needs to be done overall. But what is the best way to go about it that aids the most people who are disabled in this way without compromising the game's story and effects where possible?
